Back to day 1. No plan in action and just being careless.
My new plan is back to 1 day at a time. Enjoying the moment and being grateful. Going to start a journal and get 20 minutes of exercise a day.
After 10 months sober i picked it up like riding a bike. I feel regret letting the av take me back again. I thought I had it beat.
Anyhow onto finishing day 1 strong.
