Thank you Hendrix just followed your advice and went out to get some breakfast. Phoned my sponsor and told her where I was at and of course the key advice was acceptance... Just as good times pass so do bad times and it's a matter of being able to stay in this space and not try to anaesthetise the feelings with alcohol.
