I kept working out and tried to eat clean. I took only a multi and a B supplement from Costco. I drink at least 6 bottles of water a day...I refill them at work...and at the gym.
7 months is amazing. If you relapse...you know the price will be hefty...same here. We don't need drugs anymore.
