Recently I asked my doctor to order a calcium CT scan which he complied with. I got my results and they were not good, especially for a 41 year old. I've begun to treat my newly found heart disease (with NO symptoms) very agressly. This decision to get the test may have saved my life.
If you are over 40, ask your doctor about the test. Anyone that has had one and would like to share, please do!

I am waiting for an appointment from the hospital to have one. My heart didn't do well during last withdrawals.
I'm sorry your results are not good, but at least you found out in time so it can be treated!
I'm dreading having mine done, already have high blood pressure and being treated for the tachycardia brought on by withdrawal, cholestarol way up there and on a special diet, will probably need statins if that doesn't work... just know this isn't going to turn out well!
