Wayward Thoughts
I hate that I still have wayward thoughts. My Mom was here helping me this afternoon. She left around 3:45 pm. My AV then kicked into action and said to me, "Aha! She's gone! You are now free to run to the wine store and pick up a bottle and treat yourself on a Saturday night!" This is what I did two weeks ago and and suffered tremendously as a result, all through the night and through the next day. I'm not doing that to myself again. I'm going to get through this. I just had some oreos and milk for an afternoon snack. One thing is for sure - cookies, milk and wine do NOT go together well!!!
