Welcome to SR, PsychoMess! A lot of us experienced the same anger you felt when you posted this, and for some of us, me included, it was critical to beginning our process of cleaning ourselves up. I'm a couple months in and I carry with me in my wallet a list of feelings I had when I was bombed the last time I drank. I bet if I compare my list to yours when you drink they are prolly pretty close.
