Trying to push all my worries aside and just focus on one thing at a time. ive been caregiving for my mum who is end stage cancer, I've been doing it on my own for almost 2 years and I finally explained to my brother I need his help. So he's making the 10 hour drive down here and staying for a week. He knows I've struggled with drinking, but has no idea how badly I've been going downhill. I hope he can take a bit of a load off with my mum. It's too much to do alone now.
