You've already been through a few Friday's. How did you deal with them?
I just persevere and stay unto myself. I am naturally a busy person. By the end of the week I am somewhat over stimulated and use alcohol to cut loose and self medicate. I'm miserable if I don't drink but know the consequences if I do. I just have to wait till it passes. Everyone here can empathize I'm sure.
