JSC, I can relate to how you feel, I am more of an introvert and casual conversation doesn’t flow naturally for me. Just jump in when you feel like sharing something, or perhaps want opinions on a certain matter, need reinforcements to get through a craving, or just feel like talking. On days you don’t feel like participating, just jump in with a check in so we all know you’re okay. I hope you stay, you are part of the herd, I guess sometimes it’s also easy to get lost in the herd too.
