Well, he spoke to the dispatcher for 39 mins with them trying to get him to pull over and tell them where he was so they definitely know he was driving, so I'm sure the dui will stand, as it should. I don't regret it, someone could have been killed and it would have been on my conscience. I guess whatever happens, happens...
