I totally understand when you wrote about zoning out and I hope you reach that point with your new style.
With that much running, do you enter any races?
I should I know I could probably place easily for my age anyhow in some. But I mainly do it to relieve anxiety the thought of a race and competition would make me anxious but I think sooner or later I'll race. They are also in the morning and I'm not a morning runner.
