Loopylou, don’t let your AV fool you! That sober hangover is a sign of healing, your body is in the process of eliminating toxins and your brain is still in early recovery. Hang in there and you’ll be amazed at how much better you are going to feel tomorrow! Congratulations on 3 weeks!
Thanks odelle. It's been tough today and my AV has not stopped trying to tempt me. I've spent the day ironing, cleaning, helping kids with homework (mainly involved shouting a lot) and took dog for a long walk. Popped into grocery store for a few bits and proud to say that vodka was not purchased! Hubby's back home now so I'm safe from the temptation to run out and buy a bottle.
