Felt fine this morning, but again exhausted by afternoon. Coffee helped alot. Alot of coffee helped alot. Seems i can't drop a bad habit without picking up a new one. Maybe I just have an addictive nature seeing as i can't do anything in moderation.
I'm also on Day 6, sleeping better and feeling more rested but I need to take it easy and not tackle anything too major. I'm not working out or anything, for example. The doc has me on a lot of B vitamins. I'm avoiding caffeine for the most part.
