What is the payoff of 1 or 2 glasses of wine?
That's what I always felt trying to moderate. . .
If you drink to get a strong buzz on, one or two glasses likely won't do it
and you'll find yourself drinking more.
Maybe not the first time, but quickly.
Anyway, that's what happened to my dream of "normal" drinking.
I didn't want to accept I could not safely either. . .
