You did the right thing by reaching out, reach out to whatever you can get your hands on especially this forum, the people here care, care for your health and well being and care for your recovery. As asked do you have a plan, I had to make a plan or I would have never even made it to where I am today, I have only been sober since the 12th but the plan is working and working very well.
