Dallow, I'm glad you came right back here. I've been there too. I've had the exact same thought of "well, I'm not going to reach out on SR because I've already made my mind up to drink anyway." That is my AV! Unfortunately I had to go through that many times before I finally realized that I never wanted to drink, it was always my AV in disguise.
Was able to have a nice phone conversation with a friend this morning. If I was drinking, I never would have wanted to talk to anyone at 8am on the weekend. So grateful that wasn't me today!
