Alcohol and Anxiety and you can read for the next week about the link between those two. I was ate up with it. I'd quit drinking and I'd get anxious and then I'd drink to get over the anxiety - never ever realizing the alcohol was causing 95% of my anxiety in the first place. It is a viscous carousel, and the only way to get off the ride is to get off the ride.
