I have faith in you strangeangle, it’s not easy and you have to start somewhere, so make today your last day 1. What helped me was breaking the cycle of day 3 crashes, and once I passed day 3, I focused on making it to day 5. I’m starting day 8 today and I’m already feeling better. My next goal is 2 weeks. Take it one step at a time. As with any work or school project, break it up into doable segments and don’t focus on the entirety, otherwise it can be overwhelming and create anxiety in itself.
