Quitting drinking opened the way for a much healthier life style for me. I started exercising daily and eating well. Drinking 1.5-2 gallons of water a day. I managed to lose 60lbs in about 6 months. So yes, the damage you've done in terms of weight gains can be reversed! You just really have to want it and fully commit to it. No one else will do it for you, it's now or never! Push yourself to the limit everyday and you will see results quickly
