You seemed to be doing really great to me until you didn't get invited out Leshar. Have you been thinking about that?
I used to get obsessional and then fall into a spiral of negative thoughts.
You are good kind and a remarkable person. You deserve care and love. I think that has to start with ourselves though.
Please try and get up, shower, clean the house etc...even if it's only a little bit at a time.
Can you think of something nice to do for yourself on the weekend?
