You are so polite, I just shotgun first post. :P
Off to bed for me. Long day. Working from home. Not sure if I got much done, but I have none of the guilt I used to, waking up dreadfully hungover, regretting not doing what I needed to the day before and not being able to concentrate on what I needed to do today.
Broke the day up with a Spa moment, big Radox bath, soaked in bubbles, then some salts, then gave myself a little mini pedicure. Aaah, it was so relaxing. I even thought about booking in for a proper spa day in the city. I think I deserve it!

You're certainly right about not having to wake up with hangovers anymore.
No cravings for me. Gonna keep myself nice and busy this week.
Things to do around the house. Wash the hounds, go through the shed .eyc

Hi Snooz, D & Croiss
Just picked up Scotty when I brought him in Glen started barking and as soon as he realised it was Scotty he was jelous it was so funny were going to give Scotty a bath later & a blow dry he loves it Glen point blank refuses it
Glen has just barked from downstairs this is going to be a fun 3 days

Croissant, your mini spa sounds delightful! Yes, treat yourself to a spa day!
One thing I'm happy about is that I'm showering regularly, I look forward to the lovely clean feeling, and my psoriasis is under better control because I'm taking better care of my skin. So that's good, for me anyway, it's sort of a marker of my mood.
I'm going to supper at another girlfriends this aft, I haven't seen her or her husband for over a month, so I'm looking forward to this. It's a pretty, frosty, morning here. I love waking up not hungover!

I need to say thank you to D as I was watching a thing yesterday about constants and D you have been there for me when I'm down, when I don't know what to do & when my cousin died you were litrelly right there
D you are definitly a constant and my sobriety wouldn't be as strong or the same without you in it
That goes for all the ladies of July your like a A-Team for me

Hi folks,
I had a great visit with my friend and her husband. She was telling me that her daughter won a kind of Amazing Race contest with a friend which was put on by her university. They each won $40 and a 13oz bottle of vodka. I think this is irresponsible on the university's part. It just further fuels the whole college drinking culture, in my opinion.
