Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement. In losing my temper I fear I exposed myself to someone who may not treat this truth as gently as I would like. I have been off work since then, so we see how tomorrow goes.
My daughter who lives near me told me today that she was proud of my sobriety. I'm dealing with some legal issues. She hugged me and told me not to let handling this compromise my hard work. That we are family and will come thru it stronger. I'm not in trouble, just things I've avoided handling....head out of sand. Deep breath.
