Back in the day, nothing good was happening when I was up at 6 AM. Now it's meditation, coffee, some reading and getting a lot of sh.. done before I hit the streets. Who knew?

Yeah, I remember riding the subway home many times while the construction workers and other early risers were on their way to work. Ugh.
