Yes, anyone who runs a marathon deserves to feel proud, 26 and a bit miles is a gruelling distance. As someone who plods for a couple of miles in the morning they have my utmost respect
I like the idea of Kens 5K run - that sounds like fun. My weekend run to 3 mills is about 6 miles I would say but I stop for a coffee at the halfway point lol! Not exactly Mo Farah
