Wayward I'm glad youre here posting! The hardest thing I am learning is it's ok to just "be". It's ok to not have drama going on. It's ok for life to be ordinary. It's ok for me to not have to be awesome (just kidding Lol) everyday. I have to practice this concept of just being able to "be" in the here in now. In my addiction I was so used to things always being in an uproar. It's hard for everything to be good and calm and me not freak out thinking "omg! something is wrong!" It's not...this is when everything is almost right, near perfect, and certainly normal. Thank you for your post in regard to "nothing new to report, really"..it helped me remind myself of all this right now..((hug))
