Hi Everyone! I have not posted in a while but have been reading every day. Today is day 30, I cannot believe I made 30 days, I have not done that in years. I am feeling so much better than I did while drinking, and anxiety is pretty much gone. I am still having some trouble falling asleep though, hope that resolves itself soon.
