I would waste loads of money on alcohol but feel guilty or have buyers regret about buying something long-lasting and decent.
I've decided to go shopping monthly and splash out on some clothes, shoes, sunglasses ( my big weakness) or whatever. But, but ,but I promise to no feel guilty about it. It will be a tangible celebration of health and positive choices.
