I think it is a bit of a trigger, I haven't really done it this summer because I was too busy, and it was to hot to have the stove on all day.
I was trying to cook all day today so I have food prepared for the week so I don't eat badly; I'll just have to push through, the craving and mind games are starting to pass though.
