I met with some friends tonight , all who drink, while outside on the golf course watching the sunset. Was worried about this night for a while but reading many posts from here about "just having one or two" I knew I could not do it. I am almost at 100 days and could not imagine waking up tomorrow and sarting over. Actually I know the way I am and I would not start over I would just continue drinking for who knows how long maybe forever as this is the first time in my life and I am almost 50, that I have been sober. I thank everyone for their posts . I truly believe I could not have done this without SR.
