wasn't really much of an eater whilst drinking, very unbalanced and random with the occasional good food day. So.... sobriety has been a surprise, lots of sugary drinks for about two months, must've been replacing the liquid calories. But this has really calmed down and now I'm on maybe one a day. I've started to enjoy food the last couple of months, really tasting everything and feeling "proper" hunger. Good feeling. Your body and appetite will settle, I wouldn't worry about the early diet / food urges, maybe just indulge them knowing they're very likely to be temporary.
No booze is the best diet choice xx
