Casey glad you reached out here and got thru your cravings. That's awesome. I too have an extremely hard time reaching out asking for any type of help which I believe largely contributes to my past relapses. Sorry to hear you didn't get help when you tried asking, I know it must have taken a lot of courage to even ask. Enjoy the chocolates!!
I survived womp land thank god! So glad it's over and I get a day off tomorrow. The mental exhaustion is wearing me down. My employee didn't show up this morning so I had to do double the work in 30mins before the first appt arrived. I wasn't too happy but got everything done in time. He showed up later claiming he slept thru the 3 alarms he had set.
