GAD already rearing its head
Normally I'd have a drink. I'm not going to do that but I don't have any valium so feeling really on edge.
I cant stop my leg from jiggling because, if I do, it feels like the anxiety is going to rocket into a panic attack and I so don't want that.
Playing Skyrim to distract myself. One-shotting giants is fun.
