I don't have any legal advice, but I would start doing things that demonstrate you are addressing the issue. AA, maybe attending a MADD class or seminar, anything you can document to show you are being proactive. I don't know where you live, but in the United States, you can usually find employment with 1 DUI, unless it was classified as a gross misdameanor (.20 or higher) then it might make it slightly more difficult. Any job that requires driving would be extremely difficult (taxi, trucking, delivery etc...). I can't imagine every teacher out there does not have a single DUI. Wish you the best.
