You know that's not true AW. You have up days and down days, and lately you've been having a lot more UP days. Go back and read through your posts from the last few weeks and you'll see that you really have been making positive change in your life.
This is a Down day...that is all. Listen to some music, take a walk, do some reading, it will get better.
