Hi, just checking in.
It never stops raining. It is pouring again. I have never seen so much rain in a St. Louis summer in all of my 38 years here. I don't know how there is so much water left in the sky.
I want to check out the AVRT book. Can someone tell me what it is called?
Under the Influence is still my go to book when I start to forget why I am doing this. I need to read it again because I am losing my grip on all of this. Not like I want to drink all the time but my effort into staying sober has diminished. The household has become more relaxed about it over time so then I think it's ok. I need to talk to them about it I think because it's not ok and it seems as though they forgot the bad stuff instead of me this time.
It is easier when they are behind my sobriety and right now they don't care one way or another because nothing bad happened the last two times I drank.
