I am utterly exhausted. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have some energy back. My husband just sent me an e-mail: "We should be stress free since your dad is gone, but I'm not."
Me, either. Physical therapy almost killed me today. My shoulders are apparently extremely tight, so the therapist was digging in with her thumbs. The right shoulder wouldn't get any looser, so she went in with her
elbow! 
I wanted to scream with pain!
