Welcome back!
I had a night like that (only probably even more embarassing) that prompted me quitting. Then I had a few relapses, and hated it each time, even when I was drinking. They were only 1 night so after two of those I really quit. It's good to have a motivator but you definitely need a plan.
Have you researched any recovery options? There's a ton out there.. AA, AVRT, etc... maybe look into some of those and see if anything strikes your fancy?
