I'm sorry you're living in such a nightmare.
If push comes to shove, can you get away with the kids? They must be going thru hell watching mom's meltdowns. Can she leave? Can she be made to leave the house? Might be easier if she left than if you took the kids.
Do whatever you can to keep the kids safe. I hope you find some peace of mind.
