Oh. Well, the world is going to keep right on partying whether you choose to give in or not. It's your choice. At some point I had to learn to say, "No, thanks," and mean it. No one is forcing you to drink, but if you can't say no, perhaps stop going to these places until you are stronger.

I tried changing jobs. Yeah, people drink in every job.

There are also those who go home without after-work drinks. We tend to think everyone drinks like we do, but that's just not the case. Spend one evening as a non-drinker and pay attention to how others drink. It's educational.
