Thanks everyone......I find myself drifting off and then I wake up w a start. And That feeling scares me.....it's like something is wrong in my mind is the only way to describe it. Usually don't have problems sleeping. I'm seeing my doctor next Friday......boy is gonna be happy w me. I'll ask him for ambien then but I don't want to depend on it.
