Anxiety. Drinking to alleviate it. More anxiety. More drinking... Yep, that was me - caught in vicious cycle of alcoholism. Since I've given up the booze, my anxiety has dialed down dramatically. And it's something I now manage with a healthy lifestyle and work with my therapist.
