I am there with you working on giving up alcohol. I have a long history of drinking and it may possibly be my most difficult life challenge. There are so many regrets that have effected people I love, people of my community and myself. I have decided to quit for good because I believe it will help me be the person I want to be and not who alcohol has made me become. Good luck with your struggle.
Stay strong and don't give in. The idea of alcohol being fun for me is a nightmare I will live with forever. I have to start over.
