trach ~ I'm so sorry you went through that. And I'm very glad to hear there is no alcohol in the house. And I am glad this was a blip and not a massive relapse.
I know you know what to do...lots of water, and good nutrition now.
And maybe reading up on relapse prevention is a good idea.
