Tuesday is the national celebration of drink, where Americans of all backgrounds pretend they're Irish by getting drunk. If I weren't such a horrible stereotype myself (alcoholic Irish American writer), I would wag my finger in self-righteous indignation.

The other turtle is coming back out of her shell.
I do worry people; this is not right of me.
I am getting incredible support from Marcher and Gilmer and Dee and least and trach and I could keep going...sometimes it takes other people to love me to make me feel worth loving.
I am also getting help from a counsellor, and I am taking the advice I am being given.
I do not know best. So I surrender, but in a good way...
