CG - stay strong - fight the strong fight. You too kittycat. Think of that stink. Nobody likes a smelly kitty. If it does that to a brick wall, think of what it's doing to your lungs. And your hair and clothing.
Several years ago I had to go for a stress test. They inject a tracer into your blood and then with an ultrasound or something they check your heart and areas while you run on a treadmill. The first thing the technician said to me was, "Wow, I can see you never smoked in your life." I asked how he knew that and was told it shows up immediately on any kind of chest view. It's a shame - and I'm still mad about it - that all of the warnings about smoking never included smokeless tobacco. I always thought it was just the smoking that was bad. Now I know it is the nicotine that causes a lot of the problems along with the chemicals in cigarettes. Nicotine affects the circulatory system regardless of how it gets there, including patches and gum.
