I had to work...and I woke up this morning completely miserable.
I forced my broken coffee machine to pump out one last coffee (it's really, really dead now), took some ibuprofen and hit the shower.
I don't have the 'flu. I'm pretty sure it was a combination of bad cold and nervous breakdown. I joke, but I am serious. Perhaps a breakdown can cause physical pain...I don't know.
I do know that the walking and sunshine helped a great deal.
