My governemnt benefits are $300/wk, and my rent sis $400/wk. So even without smoking, I can't afford to live, yet I blow money on cigarettes. This sounds like the behaviour of someone drinking or abusing drugs. Guess how much I have spend on weed ? $50 in the past 6 months, or a mere $2/week.
