YES - please give it a try. It gives me some much needed "me" time. In the spring, summer and fall I walk each morning AND in the afternoon. I even walk on the weekends, to me it is very relaxing!
Good luck to you tomorrow, I remember how nervous I was the first time my AH was coming home from rehab. Just remember, One Day At a Time!
