Here are the results, with no diet or exercise changes. The only thing he changed was cutting out alcohol.
Triglycerides -71%
Thyroid (TSH) +50%
Vitamin D +80%
Signifigant improvement across most of the lipid biomarkers.
Lost 8.8 lbs
