The no alcohol experiment - Objective proof
Anyone read the study done by Ben Greenfield last month? He finds a guy that normally drinks several bottles of red wine per week and does all kinds of blood tests and fitness tests on him before and after 30 days no alcohol. The guy was already in pretty good shape (marathoner, ironman, etc) which makes the after results even more amazing.
I highly recommend reading it if you're looking for some hard proof that quitting alcohol is good for you and will improve your health.
